Earth School Aotearoa
Earth School Aotearoa offers nature-based learning at Mangaroa Farms, with weekly one-day programs for Wellington families and immersive worldschooling stays for families visiting New Zealand. Our programs are inspired by forest school and outdoor education, and support children to engage with literacy, numeracy, and science through seasonal, land-connected experiences. Our approach is shaped by nature, creativity, story, and deep relationship. Learning here is hands-on, relational, and grounded in seasonal rhythms and real places.
Worldschooling
An immersive worldschooling experience for families staying for a season. Enjoy beautiful homes, regenerative food, open landscapes, and children welcomed into Earth School’s weekly learning days alongside local children, with optional opportunities to connect through seasonal gatherings and workshops at Mangaroa Farms.
Term-based, one-day-per-week learning programs for Wellington region families grounded in nature, creativity, and real-world exploration. Mondays focus on nature and science; Thursdays explore culture, story, music, and creative expression.
